    Hi Im Mitchell Chadrow I have over two decades experience as a litigator with almost three years in the gym every day with a combined over 2,500 hundred hours in the sauna, swimming, lifting weights, doing Muay Thai and taking cold showers, eating well and I would like to talk to you today about my new startup for fitness and health starters called persaunas for those looking to build faith family fitness and f!*

    What is it all about?

    Everyone has a story. Each of us has our own persauna some of us have many persuanas. People can be complicated but at our core we are simple. We want love, to love, be happy, have inner peace. and live a good life. I know in my heart this is at my core. You are either mom, mother, dad, father, grandma, nanny, nana, bubbie, sister, brother, boss, spouse, wife, husband, student, employee, entrepreneur, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, friend, cousin, or warrior. You get it many persaunas. We might act differently depending on our role. To make life simple, maybe not easier it would be great to only have one authentic self. Life can be complicated if it were that easy.

    This journey has been wild. My transformation in these last two and half years has been mind blowing. I am stronger, more bold in my faith, more spiritual, closer to my friends and family my physical and mental fitness is incredible and to balance my faith, family and fitness I'm sure to include the last F f#!*...
